Welcome to March’s New Michigan Beer Labels!
All of the beer labels featured here are available for the public to view on the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) website. You can spend your time figuring it out or you can check out our monthly highlights. Check out past beer label posts here.
We always like to note that TTB approved labels are not guaranteed to be on shelves in the immediate future or even at all. Breweries need to have labels ready if they decide a beer is a go for packaging and distribution. There may be a multitude of reasons to release a product or not. We’ve opted to showcase beer labels that we find fun and interesting. The purpose of this post is to start a conversation about what is potentially on the horizon in the Michigan beer scene.
This month’s highlights include labels from Atwater Brewery, Bell’s Brewery, Dark Horse Brewing Company, Haymarket Beer Company, New Holland Brewing Company, Odd Side Ales, Old Nation Brewing Company, One Well Brewing, Saugatuck Brewing Co, Short’s Brewing, Three Blondes Brewing, and Transient Artisan Ales.
March’s Featured Label
March’s featured beer label is their Lucky Charm Lager. This beer will be on display along with a handful of other “Breakfast of Champions” beers on St. Patrick’s Day. The March 17th party will take place at the Warren location beginning at 8 am and the Clinton Twp location at 9 am. More information can be found on their Facebook page.
Which label is your favorite?
Cheers!

Lucky Charms beer, great looking label but unfortunately the beer is crap. A local bar discounted the beer more than 50% to get rid of it because after sampling most hated it.

Lawson’s might have something to say to Saugatuck about their use of “sip of sunshine.”
