Someday Brewing Company is a brewery located in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. They opened up in April of 2023. They are classified as a nano brewery, but don’t let that title fool you, they are making some big, delicious beverages out of this place.

Once you are in the brewery itself, it is a very small place with limited seating at the bar and there are a few tables scattered throughout the place. I don’t remember the exact capacity of the brewery but it has to be around 30 or 35 at the most. Since it is a smaller place, they do not have a kitchen, I am not sure if you can bring in outside food or not either. I would say give them a call and ask about the food policies if you are heading there.

One issue with this place, can be parking. They do not have an official parking lot for the place, but there is usually parking off of Mack Avenue right outside the place, in the sub divisions that border it, and in various parking lots that are within close walking distance. (Just don’t park in the Big Boy parking lot next door, Big Boy doesn’t allow that, and you might get towed)

This was one of the brewery tents that I went to quite often at the Summer Beer Fest this year. Their Kolsch was an honorable mention for top 5 beers of the weekend, and they also had a really delicious Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout this year at the Summer Beer festival.

Some of the beers that they are known for at Someday Brewing Company are IPAs, stouts and lagers. So whether you like light and crisp, bold and hoppy, or dark and malty, Someday Brewing Company will have something that fits the bill. Now I am personally not a big mead drinker, but they also offer meads and melomels (fruited meads). I have tried a few of them in the times that I have been here and they are all very delicious. So if you are a mead drinker they will have something outstanding on tap for you also.

So SOMEDAY when you are hanging out on the east side suburbs of Detroit, stop in to Someday Brewing Company and grab yourself a beer or two. This is a brewery that is poised to make a lot of noise in the coming years in the craft beer world.
