A little over 80 Michigan Brewers Guild member breweries are on the bill with roughly 500 beers that will be offered. With rain in the forecast, it is shaping up to be a cool fall day in the Upper Peninsula. This festival is one of our favorites at Better on Draft. Its typically the first weekend after Labor and occurs around the time of 906 Day. It is the perfect festival to stop thinking about summer beers and start thinking about fall offerings.
For this fest, we will not be having a team cover it. We decided to make our list a little different this time around and not put them in numeric order. Instead it’s organized by beer types – lighter beers, IPAs, Oktoberfests, and heavier beers. We thought this could be a different approach to the festival instead of a #1 vs. #20 situation. Within each type of beer, beers are organized in alphabetical order by brewery name.
