The Great Lakes Beer Festival is back for another year on Saturday, August 19, 2023!
“Mid-Michigan’s premier summer event” will take place in Midland, MI at Dow Diamond home of the Great Lakes Loons. Tickets are still available and it looks like there are lots of packages and activities for attendees to participate in. More information can be found here.
We looked over the festival’s website and found out that there will be more than beer at this festival. The festival’s social media originally said only breweries would be pouring and the title of the festival only says “beer.” Upon closer inspection and inquiry on social media, it looks like there are 60 breweries and a handful of distilleries and cideries. Sounds like options for everyone!
Last year former writer ZachV attended and enjoyed himself. Due to busy end-of-summer schedules, Better on Draft is unable to make it up to the festival.
