Happy 616 Day from Better on Draft!

The phone area code for the Grand Rapids area and local suburbs is 616. Today is June 16 or 6/16. With this fun, numeric coincidence, I’ve created two lists of Grand Rapids area breweries worth checking out who also have a 616 area code.

In order to be fair, both lists are in alphabetical order by brewery name. All brewery locations, hours, social media channels, and information about each brewery can be found on the Michigan Beer Map, which is an excellent app and companion for your Michigan beer adventures.

The first list is made up of 6 breweries that are true mainstays of the Grand Rapids and greater Grand Rapids area. When “Grand Rapids” or “West Michigan” come to mind, so should these 6 breweries. They are tried and true brands that have risen to the top of the game. None of them have fallen flat.
