It’s been five years since Eddie Stencel sat down with us to chat one on one about his brewery, and he was excited to catch us up.  Since we last spoke, River Rouge Brewing has closed and he has since opened up Unexpected Craft Brewing Company.  From an ordeal with the city of Royal Oak, changes to his brewing processes, and helping begin the Michigan Brewers Guild Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee, Eddie has been busy over the last few years.  Take this as an opportunity to check out one of Michigan’s newest breweries and who knows, Eddie may be just the one serving you a beer.
